An accomplished & dynamic individual with over 10 years’ experience Project/Programme and PMO management within the Utilities sector.Currently leading the PMO on a U.K. wide major utilities contract, leading a team of 10 managing a £32million point annual portfolio. Managing the transition of the account onto new integrated tools and process and transitioning to a new contractural model.Previously managed two large programmes within telecoms on another major utilities company with two teams of project managers delivering five million in annual projects, all while handling the pmo activities and my own projects within the power utilities space. largest achievement was commencing an £8.9 Million Large Capital Project and recruited the team, all while new the organisation, Which delivered: Mux, Cisco, Radio & DC power systems. Seven new radio towers. 120km of fibre and Civils works. Negotiated 28 new commercial wayleave/planning consents along with 19 site sharing agreements. Managed 200 project changed requests resulting in £2.6 million in positive change. Managed over 50 different suppliers. Built, tested and handover over 295 circuits. Also delivered the telecoms for Scotlands largest offshore windfarm Seagreen (£2million project).I relish being involved in business development projects.
