This position involved project managing TELMS systems and processes from R&D to Manufacturing in-house and through to system installation on customer sites all over the world. Specific responsibilities included:• Project manage the integration test and installation of customised equipment;• Project manage facilities upgrades, as well as the day to day facilities management;• Coordination of staff, design, planning and the preparation of budgets;• Review project design, review documents internally and with subcontractors for manufacturability;• Management of vendors and contractors;• Complete mechanical components vendor analysis and capability assessment;• Coordination of site staff, customer trades and customer requests;• Complete project review to ensure continuous improvement;

This position involves project managing Magnetic Solutions systems(Magnetic annealing ovens) and processes from R&D to Manufacturing in-house and through to system installation on customer sites all over the world. Specific responsibilities included:• Project managed the integration test and installation of customised equipment;•Manage project teams as well as vendors and contractors;• Manage 3rd party sub-systems delivery to schedule;• Complete documentation and third party certification audit( SEMIS2,CE standards);• Continuous improvement projects and 5s implementation;

This position involved working on Applied Materials wafer fabrication systems and processes on customers sites around the world ( Endura 5500, 200mm and 300mm, PVD, Etch, CU, IMP and CVD chambers). Specific responsibilities included:• Maintenance and upgrade of process machines including experience with Mechanical, Electrical and pneumatic systems;• Installation and commissioning of systems, project management, ensuring budgets are achieved for all tools in the install group and that all schedules are met; • Coordinate the install activities of the other engineers and the customers trades people; • Develop and apply diagnostic techniques to resolve complex technical issues on specific AMAT products;• Perform preventive maintenance on production systems within established time frames;• Perform complex retrofits on equipment and use special tools and test equipment as part of an overall diagnostic technique on complex system failures;• Serve as the company liaison with the customer’s equipment, process engineers and different levels of management;• Installation of first in fab CU PVD tool for 1264;• Technology transfer, this involved spending time in the Intel Development Fab, developing and agreeing the process specification , proliferation of the new tool process requirements across the Irish site;
