Graeme was a Solution Architect at the Australian Bureau of Statistics on a major transformational program to streamline their data collection, process & analyse and dissemination processes. Graeme was responsible for the solution design and delivery for a number of products which need to operate under the infrastructure constraints. The program uses Agile methodology encompassing 3 week sprints, user stories, backlogs, and rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives.

CSC is the Systems Integrator of the JP2030 program, a large and complex Defence program involving multiple organisations which is delivering capability solutions and improvements to Situational Awareness Common Operating Picture, Joint Operations Planning and Preparedness Management Information System. As Chief Architect, Graeme provides the vision and strategy for the program while working with Defence staff to realise the operational benefits of the delivered systems. This role requires analytical and problem solving skills, an understanding of Defence's needs, strong relationship development and management skills. Graeme also has broad, enterprise vision and deep technical knowledge and ability to communicate and translate across military, technical and business teams to ensure the vision and intent of the program will be met.
