Joined Cementation in 2006 as a Contracts Manager initially within the rail team. Progressively expanded technical experience in piling and ground engineering techniques being promoted to Operations Team Leader for South-West and Wales and then Operations Manager for Southern Area. Latterly seconded to Costain Skanska Bilfinger Berger JV working on Crossrail tenders.

Joined as a site engineer on the Jubilee Line Extension1994-1998 Responsible for installation and maintenance of dewatering systems at Canary Wharf station and tendering groundwater control for Channel Tunnel Rail Link.1998-1999 Dewatering Section Manager Copenhagen Metro phase 1 - multiple dewatering and recharge systems across the centre of the city.1999-2000 Geotechnical Construction Manager Copenhagen Metro phase 1 - Took over responsibility for all geotech operations inc ground freezing.2000-2004 Returned to UK to work on Tenders and project delivery of groundwater control systems for Channel Tunnel Rail Link Contract 240. System-wide deep dewatering for 6km tunnel drive. Tunnel based local dewatering systems for cross passages.
