My motivation comes from the people I engage with each day. Whether it be working for customers to deliver a brilliant customer experience, collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems or coaching my team to help them achieve their potential, each scenario provides great satisfaction and motivates me to do it again and again.I've been lucky enough to work in a financial services company that has allowed me grow my skills and knowledge base around people and change management, being at the centre of the digital transformation programme within the company. Digital CX design, Accelerator programmes and Mobile App development are areas that I am proud to have delivered on and I hope to continue working in the area of digital innovation and change in the future. Outside of work, I'm a keen sports fan, having previously played football in the League of Ireland. I've now developed a love for marathon and trail running as well as coaching football teams in my local area.
