• Provide research and evaluation support to multi-disciplinary project to link research data with digitized clinic registers in Rwanda using probabilistic record linkage and Kinyarwanda name processing• Wrote original Python script to systematically process misspelled Kinyarwanda names, evaluate record linkage methods, and pre-process data for linking

• Wrote R script to process and analyze observational data of school WASH facilities, including method using nested data structures to analyze conditional repair series for individual latrines• Carried out key informant research among Kenyan school administrators regarding WASH policy and financing through interview guide development, training of research interviewers, and analysis of interviews• Contributed in development of survey assessing school WASH expenses using Open Data Kit software and wrote R script to produce concise, longform analysis dataset from over 900 variables• Evaluated “Guidelines for schools in Kenya to procure sanitation goods and services from private sector” using AGREE Framework as part of guideline development group

• Administered program with 47 full-time employees and managed operations budgeting and expenditures• Served as in-country point person for development and maintenance of government and NGO partnerships• Coordinated establishment of collaboration agreements with 129 cooperatives of community health workers

• Directly supervised 28 enumerators conducting extensive household survey on water treatment, wealth, cooking, and biomass fuel collection in 1,000 rural households• Designed and supervised systematic evaluation of behavior change messaging retention in 1,600 households • Trained program staff in design of smartphone-based household surveys and monitored survey deployment

• Developed English language learning and instructing capacity of rural secondary school• Promoted youth development through trainings in leadership and HIV/AIDS & Malaria prevention
