I was responsible for launching clients on our SaaS platform, scope and expectation management, client communication and budgets. I worked closely with the client's senior team to understand their organization and how Orderbot can either accommodate or improve their operations. I worked collaboratively with our solutions and development teams to create customized features for clients. Orderbot is a system that includes customer service, purchasing, accounting, warehouse and fulfillment features. I have to be fluent in all these business functions as well as fluent with our API and technology set to provide the best service.

As the Equipment and Operations Manager I was responsible for creating, repairing, sourcing materials and delivering all of the physical assets of our operation to our camp sites. In addition to this, I was also tasked with revamping our registration system.After months of consulting all stakeholders, building a comprehensive site requirement document, I hired a full stack developer and a front end developer to build our first generation website. Starting in September of 2013, we completed and successfully launched February 4th, 2014.

How you design a warehouse can greatly effect the efficiency, errors, staff retention, and injury rates.

I worked for LUSH Direct, the team that created the LUSH online experience. My role was to improve the warehouse systems. I was able to revamp the warehouse layout to improve pick and pack operations, production, and receiving. I worked closely with IT departments to update the information systems and improve the picking tickets for warehouse staff. We also created a new incentive programme - these three measures led to a drastic reduction in errors and a good incremental increase in speed.I also was able to provide the president with a detailed analysis of our shipping costs and we were able to negotiate significant savings with our carrier.

As the Senior Operations Manager, I was part of a team that created the largest organic home delivery company in North America. From the warehouse floor to leading an especially talented team of designers, IT staff and customer service representatives for a website redesign, I was lucky enough to be involved with a creative company that was constantly seeking to evolve.I created detailed analysis for improving operations, generating revenue, and improving information flow.
