Experienced in leveraged finance and capital markets, with a focus on sub-investment grade debt, including senior, second-lien, high yield, mezzanine, junior and PIK loans. Transactions include private equity LBO financings, Corporate and TMT issuers with both public and private debt structures. Underwritten deals include subordinated loans, bridges and backstops, with a focus on due diligence to manage credit and market risk. My role included origination, structuring, negotiation of terms and documentation, through to management roadshow, pricing and distribution.I have also advised private and early-stage companies on business growth and strategy, revenue optimisation, data analytics, market analysis, financial opportunities and fundraising.
