Project manage and advise all sections of the Council of the potential and progress of GIS applications, and develop an integrated approach to data collection and storage of GIS data and train users how to use the app’s that has been developed for them and provide mapping services for the Strategic Planning and the Director of the Council (both in terms of plotting data into the GIS system and producing maps to display data for use in public documents). I also monitor housing applications from application received; to commencement and then completion which then I use the data for annual reports for the Government. My other duties is to provide Stats for the Annual Monitoring Report and support the production of key council documents (e.g. Planning documents) and promotional material and provide the graphics required by the team. I also maintain registers of land availability, such as the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA), employment sites, vacant premises, derelict and contaminated land, and to provide monitoring reports on all such matters. I 5. I am the lead officer to undertake the Council’s addressing role through the street naming and numbering function. This includes registering new address with Royal Mail and emergency services, consulting with developers for the legible street name and numbering of their development, Consult with parish or town councils to approve a new street name and numbering layout and adhere to the Street naming and numbering policy the government has set. My Main Duties as a Shop Assistant were to maintain the shop floor ensuring shelves were stocked, this included working on my own during this time I had responsibility for the shop. During this employment I also gained cash handling skills. Strong customer service and communication skills were important as I was the first contact point for customers, customer satisfaction was the priority.
