- Delivery of several lean projects using the DMAICT process, including Value Stream Mapping.
- Facilitation and promotion of lean and continuous improvement opportunities that equate to savings to the company and the client of over £7m, as well as improvements to quality, delivery, moral and safety.
- Delivery of a programme of Lean awareness workshops, delivered to over a third of office-based staff, leading to a Recognise workshop open to all staff where 14 significant potential improvement projects were identified.
- Redesign of the company Continuous Improvement process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency when handling improvement opportunities. The process I designed was used as a benchmark and rolled out to sister contracts.
- Introduction of a Lean Visual Management System into the Performance Assurance Team, which has received praise from top management, the A-one+ Lean Manager and teams in sister contracts.
