Auchencarroch

Operation and maintenance of Auchencarroch landfill gas generating plant. Continuous installation, maintenance and oversight of gas field from organic decomposition. Auchencarroch site generates sufficient methane to fuel 4 x Jenbacher 1000kW Type 6 gas engines with Leanox combustion control. Associated plant including chemical filtration for fuel handling, effluent treatment and emission control. Installation and connection of 5th (Spare) engine (October 2019)

Watchkeeping, maintenance and fault finding on various Marine Engines, AC electrical generation Equipment. Fuel storage and treatment Installations including purification of various grades of HFO. Peter Brotherhood Steam Plant and Foster Wheeler ESD Boilers and subsequent de/super heaters, waste heat recovery systems, steam generators supplying both reciprocating and turbine driven prime movers. General engine room equipment, positive displacement and centrifugal pumps, Fresh water generators and flash evaporators, Electrical switchboard operation, maintenance and fault finding.
