Responsible for all business and infrastructure matters at Willunga Waldorf School which is a K-12 independent school set on 13 acres in beautiful Willunga SA.

Responsible to the owners Grant and Helen Burge for all finance and administration matters in a family business of significant size and success employing 120 plus staff.

Contracted to review a crisis in commercial management of a $30 million business unit involving commercial and student services. After providing an assessment I was asked to stay and implement a recovery plan and a short term contract became two highly rewarding and very successful years of diverse and interesting challenges including that of Returning Officer in student elections.

This role carried responsibility for two radio stations and covered a period of ownership change, strategic repositioning and corporate restructuring. 5ADFM became Mix102FM and 5DN became Cruise1323. Difficult but rewarding this role greatly broadened my understanding of sales and marketing aspects of business.
