Provide leadership to the team on scheduling, process development, costing and testing needed to launch new products.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives. Projects included labeling of commonly missed cables, creating generic wiring diagrams to ensure installation teams can understand how components are meant to be assembled, reviewing usage requirements with materials management team to eliminate double handling of parts.- Reduced missing electrical items at installation from 193 items in the previous KPI period to under 20 by having the electrical team added to project sign offs, creating and managing electrical lists needed to assemble consoles. - Set Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for the electrical team.
