Headed up the Sky HR Systems and Reporting estate.Leading a team of eleven responsible for all technology projects, changes, customer support, reporting and supplier relationships in our HR Systems including PeopleSoft, Taleo, Resource Link, Success Factors, Laserfiche e-Filing, e-Payslips and several bespoke websites for Flexible Benefits, Total Reward Statements, Health and Safety and Learning Management systems. I designed and implemented a HR Systems strategy including annual review to simplify the Sky HR Systems landscape. The benefit was removing and consolidating non-essential HR systems and creating a single source of People data for reporting improving customer usability and reporting efficiency.I managed the relationship between Sky HR and 3rd party outsource providers: Oracle, Taleo, Northgate Arinso, Success Factors, Experian, Prolog Print Media and Benefex and with internal Sky HR stakeholders, Sky Finance and Sky IT.I took responsibility for Sky Payroll in April 2012. Heading a team of 9 to pay 24,000 employees in UK and Ireland to a 99.5% accuracy service level.I have had specific success and industry awards for technology based efficiency and service improvements which were recognised by Personnel Today, CIPD and the HR Excellence Awards.
