Having spent 21 years working within the Insurance industry in markets from the United Kingdon, ton Asia Pacific I am now focusing my efforts on the recruitment of executives to the general insurace industry. Areas covered include, broking, Insurance company, Insurance agencies, claims management, workers compensation, consulting.My previous roles have involved a large degree of change management, leadership and the development of green field claims operations. I have been successful in building strong operations from start up or effecting change within existing operations to leverage synergies and focus the goals of the division to match those of the overall group in terms of growth strategy, client retention and attraction.

Hired to effect change in the national claims operation I undertook the commencement of a number of major projects to create positive change to the process adopted for the management of claims, the creation of a claims system and the development of new products to meet client demands and emerging needs. Coupled with the development of the transactional range of services offered by the Aon group, a suite of consulting products was developed as part of our service offering, all servicxes were based on a fee for service model. The group was taken from a cost centre scenario to profit centre with a healthy revenue stream vcreated for the parent group.
