During my time at the University, I have led on the full University rollout of ePortfolio to support personal tutoring. This has included the creation and implementation of communication strategies, management and evaluation of pilots, workshops and creation of training materials, and design/production of Senior Management reports. The ePortfolio is a software development within the University. A large part of my role is the liaison between academic staff and the technical development team.I lead on the University exploration into the use of Learning Analytics to improve student attainment and the student experience. This project includes reporting on the expected benefits to students, costs and recommendations for implementation, and the creation of a policy for the ethical use of student data in learning analytics.
