I work with people in business from all disciplines to help them boost their oral communication power so as to improve the relationships they forge with colleagues, stakeholders, and prospective and existing clients. I do this by increasing speakers' confidence, and cultivating an awareness of the reality of public-speaking scenarios versus misperceptions.

I guide less-experienced members through their progress to obtaining qualifications, helping them maximise their potential in the public-speaking world.

Engaged by international consultancy in the field of environmental management and audit. Responsible for project research, and presenting regular project progress updates to clients.

Promoted the company at hospitality and other conferences. Scheduled and organised staff for provision of facilities for business meetings, seminars, and training events.

In charge of Magazines Section within superstore. Coordinated team to continually provide maximum product offer to customers, ensuring procedures and policies were maintained and implemented, respectively.

As part of the Marketing Department I provided informational and promotional material to external enquirers. Attended food conferences and other events to promote the organisation and the industry. Edited regular newsletter.
