I secured £36,000 from new donors within one month as part of the DEC Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal and secured an £8,000 unsolicited grant from a grant report and associated stewardship.

I significantly developed trust fundraising processes and stewardship: implementing Salesforce as a fundraising CRM, improving thanking procedures and creating impact flyers to accompany mail-outs. I ran a matched crowdfunder campaign gaining press and radio coverage and new supporters. I supported with IT, resolved Facebook administration issues and improved Gift Aid management.
