Graeme was Chairman of Nulon Products Australia from October 2011 to April 2015.Graeme was presented with the Phil Meddings Award as the top TEC Chairman in Australasia plus won 7 Chair Excellence Gold Awards and two Silver Excellence Award over the period 2006 to 2013Graeme also won the Robert Nourse TEC Chairman of the Year Award. Graeme is the first Australian to receive this award. Graeme was a judge in the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014,2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Telstra Business Awards. Plus since 2011 has also judged the Telstra Business Women's Awards.
