As Project Director on the Gas Processing Facilities turned around the project from chronic underperformance and major contractual dispute. Targeted people and team development program successful at reversing the dysfunctional adversarial relationship and delivering a high performing integrated team under the leadership of a new Project Director. Project went on to beat all of its cost and schedule targets and tenfold improvement in safety performance. As Project Director on the Water Treatment Facilities turned around the project from a point where schedule was forecast to be 6 months late against requirement. Recovery plan successfully executed including a ‘Safe Transition to Operations’ team integration program run in the context of a set of common win-win goals with the Project Team, Contractor and Operations. Project went on to beat the original project targets.
