After a fulfilling twenty five year career in Information Technology and Business Leadership, I was fortunate enough to be in a position to step away from the daily routine of corporate America. Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing companies and people, and to be engaged on, or to be the lead of many complex, challenging, and meaningful initiatives. I gained experience spanning Service, Manufacturing, & Government sectors, and business functions including Call Center, Service & Repair, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures and, of course, Information Technology management. Extensive international experience gained through working and living in Europe and North America, in addition to leadership of a number of significant global initiatives. Through Avonbridge Advisors I continue to leverage the expertise and knowledge gained through select advisory engagements, however, my primary focus now is investing and trading on my personal account.A Business guy with deep Information Technology understanding, or an Information Technology guy with deep Business understanding, take your pick. Experience has taught me that bridging the Business / IT chasm is the primary key to success in every significant transformation initiative companies embark on. True transformation success is realization of business value through optimal alignment of people, process, and technology combined with disciplined change & project management practices.I am humbled to regularly receive inquiries around returning to a full time position. I have learned never to say never, however, to date no opportunity has been compelling enough to tempt me back. If you do have an opportunity, please let me know.
