About Graeme Mathieson

I’m a Toronto-based documentary filmmaker and founding partner of Bonfire Originals.My passion is engaging audiences with meaningful, engaging and undertold stories. Recently myself and Chris Flanagan directed and wrote "SOUNDS & PRESSURE: REGGAE IN A FOREIGN LAND". This NFB production is an anthology of documentaries on Toronto's hidden reggae stories, featuring Johnny Osbourne, Nana McLean, Leroy Sibbles, Jerry Brown (Summer Records), and Roy & Yvonne Panton. I’m also DJ Gramera, DJ'ing soul, funk and reggae parties across Toronto and was at the helm of my 15-year long radio show, “StolenSouls” on CHRY 105.5FM.
