A very experienced ‘digital professional’ – with a strong technical background and a successful business track record. I’ve worked in the tech sector since the early 90s, my first company was a small database consultancy, after which I founded Dog Digital (nee Multimedia Incorporated) and grew it into one of the biggest and best digital agencies in the country.After exiting from Dog, I founded Factory73, a web and applications development agency providing technical services direct to clients, as technical partner to early stage business or jointly with other agencies. I’m also a founder director of Tactuum Ltd, a mobile / healthcare focussed agency primarily targeting US based healthcare organisations with our Quris Clinical Companion product, but also working with UK healthcare organisations such as NHS24, NHS Education and NHS Scotland. Outside of my two day jobs, I’m on the advisory boards of some Glasgow based tech companies including: Adimo (marketing technology), Digitonic (mobile marketing).Also involved with a number of early stage businesses as an investor and mentor via angel investment syndicates and the Strathclyde Entrepreneurial Network.If my mum asks: “I build websites”.
