Highlights include:- Led weekly labs and tutorials of 30+ students with live coding demos, lectures, and 1-on-1 support, both in-person and remotely.- Provided continuous feedback for sections of 300+ students through live code reviews, written assignments and exams, and automated testing.

Position was with GeoBC, a branch of the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development that focuses on providing geospatial information and products to organizations around Canada. Aligned with the Digital Imagery Services team, my work revolved around spatial data quality control, and ranged from streamlining and optimizing existing software to developing new solutions from the ground up. Highlights include:- Researched and developed a standalone application that efficiently evaluates the geometric quality of overlapping LIDAR data, with resulting performance well over 10x faster than the previous solution used by GeoBC.- Built a modular quality control pipeline for spatial data, aggregating more than half a dozen existing tools into one application, while prioritizing maintainability and extensibility for future tools.
