Asset Management / Work Management specialist with extensive experience within the Resources Sector in developing, coaching, delivering and facilitating training sessions to ensure successful roll out of Work Management Processes (Identification, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, History and Analysis) plus Shutdown Management Processes as well as Task Based Budgeting and Material Management throughout sites.Held Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Superintendents Roles looking after multi diciplined teams (engineeringing & trades) at differnet sites plus a Planning and Strategy Development Superintendent Role with a team of Reliability Engineers, Tech Writers, Planners and Schedulers. Key areas of Specialisation:- Trade Experience - Electrical Trade background - Licenced to do ALL Electrical work- Coaching and Mentoring - Team building- Communication skills- Leadership and Problem Solving- Setting up of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)- Training and Facilitation experience- Work Management Experience (6 key steps - Work identification, planning, Scheduling, Execution, History and Analysis) - Business readiness / Operational readiness through to implementing work management processes / review.
