Providing delivery leadership for many large scale programs and initiatives for Canada Post and Purolator:- Led the successful data centre migration of a major website application across 250 servers, reducing server footprint by over 50% in the process.- Led Application Development for a major Digital business unit- Accountable for the first successful use of geographically distributed agile development for the organization- Provided senior leadership for the migration of an International line of business to leverage the same SAP ERP as the Canadian line of business- Led the highly aggressive and award winning project to re-platform and completely transform the flagship website for a billion dollar line of business
