About Graeme Strange (Faicd)

Graeme headed up Readify Ltd since 2007. In 2013, secured $26 million of investment from Blue Sky Private Equity, including $10 million for acquisitions. In the same year, Readify was named Microsoft's, Australian Country Partner of the Year, following closely on the heels of being named as Microsoft’s Global Software Development Partner of the Year. In 2015 Readify again won Microsoft Australian Country Partner of the Year and 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Application Lifecycle Management Partner of the Year. Graeme’s approach is uncommon. Backed up with over 40 years’ experience in the fast-moving IT industry, he is now a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and has over 20 years’ experience at Board level. His business success is perhaps not only demonstrated by the multiple global awards, but also by building a fast growing, profitable Australian business that has achieved a double digit profitable year on year revenue growth for the past 10 years at the same time seeing Readify appear in the Top 50 Places to work in Australia, 4 years in a row. In 2016, Graeme presided over the successful sale and integration of Readify into Telstra. He then lead Strategy and Innovation and Software Services for Business Technology Services in Telstra, and presided as Chairman of a Telstra JV - AFN Solutions. Graeme now spends his time running his investment portfolio, he holds Board and Chairman positions of a couple of very exciting technology companies. He remains a keen technology investor and advocate for the technology industry in Australia.
