This has increased my confidence and allowed me to develop other skills. Much of my job is target driven which includes sales targets each calendar month. This includes marketing and selling the latest products on offer for customers to add onto their contracts. The targets effects employee bonus and are a key facet of business success and growth. Customers were from white van man, up to large Engineering companies.
