As the Chief IT Officer, Grafe and his team is responsible in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems needed by Esorse Corporation, a healthcare claims processing / pharmacy and benefits management (PBM) company.Systems developed include claims adjudication engines and support portal, TPA / Agent / Broker / Plan Admin / Employee portals, and mobile applications to support claims submission / payments.Job Summary: • Coordinate requirements from different stakeholders and produce the best possible solutions• Develop strategy for best utilization of company’s technological assets/resources • Prepare systems proposals for prospect clients• Prepare IT budget and requirements• Develop and implement company’s business continuity plan / multi location SQL Server backup• Design, develop, and implement systems needed by the company and its clients• Project Management• Design, implement, and maintain company’s servers, telephony, and network requirements in 3 locations:o Production / Toronto Datacenter (Virtualized)o Backup location / Mississauga Datacentero Main Office - Mississauga• Hire, train, and manage programmers / developers (at peak we had 10 developers)
