As a TCMB associate lawyer, I assisted Ibitu Energia in the sale of the Chapecó hydroelectric to CSN; assisted AEGEA in the public bid for the acquisition of CORSAN and in the public bid for the concession for the management of urban solid waste in the Cariri region; and assisted Equipav and Perfin in the bidding for Rodovias do Triângulo Mineiro and Rodovias do Sul de Minas. These transactions involved an aggregate amount of more than 6 billion Reais.

I performed the abovementioned tasks in the following transactions, which jointly involved over 1 billion Brazilian Reais: Aqua Capital investment in Puravida, a Brazilian food tech company, focused on nutrition, supplements, and wellbeing products, which was concluded in 2020; Patria acquisition of Neosecure group and of Proteus group, companies of the cybersecurity sector, both of which were concluded in 2021; Intermédica acquisition of Labclin, Hospital Santa Martha, Hospital Santa Brígida, and Medisanitas, concluded between 2020 and 2022.
