The scope of our work extends from conventional renovations to complete alterations to restorations. The specific services provided by Bulson in the three phases of a construction project include, but are not limited to, the following: PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES Assist the architect and owner with a professional analysis for a site specific project by inspection of site and evaluation of existing conditions. Assist architect and owner with a conceptual budget and schedule for construction based on a preliminary scope of work and schematic drawings prepared by the architect. Assist the architect and owner with an evaluation of the project for code compliance and any necessary special applications for conformity with municipal codes. CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES Planning, bidding, and buying of all necessary trade work from sub-contractors and suppliers, based upon the architects final construction documents and specifications. Project management for all of the work on and off the site including timely programming of trade work based upon a schedule generated by the project manager and updated periodically at weekly job site meetings. Supervision and coordination on site daily by the field superintendent of all work required for the project through to substantial completion, including the maintenance of a daily field report recording all pertinent information related to the production of that day.POST CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES Supervision and coordination of the punch list work required for final completion of the project with the architect and the owner until the expected quality and quantity of the work is fully achieved. Preparation and presentation of all final documents necessary for closing out the project, including but not limited to warranties and operating manuals for products, equipment and machinery, as-built drawings if required, as well as any other necessary documentation.
