• Responsible for Leadership, management, and growth of an organization of ~200 Full Time employees within three distinct disciplines (QA, SDET, Production Engineers) across five business units.• Accountable for Bungie's approach to Quality and Testing including organizational and role design, methodologies (QA craft), and staffing makeup• Responsible for ensuring we have a vision, strategy, and roadmap in place to meet each product's quality needs on the short, medium, and long term horizons• LEADING CHANGE: A major focus of my work at Bungie has been taking what was a large organization of full-time Testers doing manual testing work and transforming it into a much leaner team of Quality Advocates. We have externalized much of the manual work and re-focused the purpose of our full-time staff toward helping teams set, measure, and meet quality goals. The end result is that we are providing a higher value service to the product for a more sustainable cost.
