As a previous haemorrhoid sufferer, I wanted to set up a company that brought the treatment of piles into the 21st century. I set out to create a company that treated piles with electrotherapy, which had an empathetic and improved patient pathway. eXroid Electrotherapy has minimal discomfort and no need for anesthesia, the lowest complication rate of all piles treatment, able to treat all four grades of internal and prolapsing haemorrhoids, and can be completed in a walk-in walk-out in 1-hour appointment.I am a seasoned entrepreneur, heading up various home improvement companies, which gave me the business know-how to set up eXroid. eXroid now operates out of 11 nationwide clinics and has treated over 1,000. I am also highly passionate about providing the best care possible for our patients, heading the patient services department, setting up contracts with CQC regulated clinics, and only hiring GMC registered consultants. My key achievements have been getting eXroid two NICE approvals (IPG525 and MIB201) and getting the eXroid procedure its CE and ISO 13485 Skills/Interests: sales, patient services, business management, clinical management, partnerships, and seeking marketing and business opportunities.
