This role has 2 main components.1. Provision of work place employee support programs for Toll employees and their families. Toll’s Wellbeing program was established using a work place chaplaincy model. This has been extended to include an overall wellbeing program. It provides a confidential support, referral and assistance program available to all employees and their families. Combined with EAP and other initiatives which make Toll a safer, better place to work, the Wellbeing program offers a service which is designed to provide pastoral care, assistance, or referral for individual personal or work related issues.Examples of Personal issues:• family crisis• relationship or domestic problems• addiction issues• bereavement and grief• emotional difficulties, or any day to day concernsExamples of Work-related issues:• conflict• absenteeism• communication• addressing change• performance issues, or • any matters which affect individual or team’s performance and productivity. 2. Supporting group wide wellbeing initiatives and responses.The Chaplaincy and Employee support program engages with the broader provision of wellbeing, mental health, drug and alcohol and associated awareness. This includes the Mental Health First Aid accredited courses as well as • present short toolbox training and awareness sessions (established programs) • present longer part day mental health, drug and alcohol and other wellbeing programs (established programs) • capacity to provide MHFA training as a certified instructor (training provided) • provision of wellbeing programs responding to specific site or group requirements
