I Launched the CRM team along with my manager and 5 other selected high performing employees, I achieved the Chairmans Silver award for hitting outstanding metrics in 5 different areas consistently for 1 year solid.I merged my knowledge of the GEICO Atlas claims system, with the Sales Force system. Me and my team brainstormed ideas and proposed changes to the Sales Force system, to minimize delays in claims management. I communicated with business owners to submit industrial orders, averaging between £3,000 - £10,000. I revamped and restructured the stock system and placement of warehouse materials, amounting to 90+ working hours saved on behalf of the company.I Headed orders of various sizes for daily collection and delivery. Efficiently planned to streamline the process of preparing, collection and delivery of orders. This was sometimes entire trucks worth of cargo.

I Interpreted clients needs to direct, coordinate and construct temporary structures for events across the world, such as the PGA tour, Ryder cup, the Commonwealth games and the tour de France.During the entire build, event and dismantling of the structures, I remained alert and maintained good morale on a large team for 11 hour work days, for up to 90 day consecutive time periods.I displayed an engaging on-site presence during the event, orchestrated safety measures while also tended to structural and on demand needs of the client in real time.
