Led the establishment of MessageMedia's European sales office in the UK and Europe focusing on organic and inorganic growth before returning to Australia.

Started and grew the food service and direct to end customer, value added business. Responsible for sales, product, marketing, procurement and partner relationships to develop the groups capability to provide finished product to end customers, supporting the global strategy to add value by moving further down the value chain to diversify from commodity supply.Delivered significant premiums above commodity business and won some of the largest names across HORCA and disruptive retail generating.Led the developed the strategy and plan to extend the approach into other key markets and supported the transition of the new business into the core business prior to departing.
