In particular the installation, refurbishment and maintenance of EHV/HV Transmission & Distribution Overhead Lines, Cabling & Substation electrical system works. I also have extensive experience in managing and developing Health and Safety Management Systems, setting up and managing new Health & Safety functions and developing strategies to improve the business and industry health and safety.I am a reliable, hardworking, committed and confident professional. This experience encouraged me to change my career path and in February 2002, I was appointed as a full time Company Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor based at Sellafield Nuclear Reprocessing Plant. My continual growing qualifications, skills, knowledge, management, leadership, experience and achievements have enabled my career to progress through promotion. I have been promoted through, HSE Advisor, Senior HSE Advisor, H&S Manager, Regional H&S Manger and currently HSES Business Partner.
