Highly dedicated and focused Estate Manager with in-depth experience gained over 31 years. Exceptional manager or people, animals and processes. Meticulous record-keeping and organisational skills. Proficient negotiator and fluent in agricultural contracts. At Heveningham Hall I successfully ran a 5,000 acre estate which requires very good organisational skills and team management. In addition I had to be commercially aware, passionate about my work and have a positive can-do attitude. On the wider estate I was responsible for the environmental stewardship, forestry, historic landscape and gardens. I implemented the restoration plans designed by renowned landscape architect Kim Wilkie for the Capability Brown grounds.Other projects included developing the landscape works at Halesworth Golf Club and private residence and commercial grounds in central London.
