My responsibilities include:• Provision of people and culture advisory and support services to all regions• Creation and implementation of global strategies to foster business growth and talent retention• Development of curriculum content and pathways for EFMD CLIP accredited Forvis Mazars University

Alongside my global LEC role I am worked with the US Talent Development team and Consulting service line to provide a sustainable L&D infrastructure that develops the right skills and behaviors to support the operating model and wider Consulting strategy. My responsibilities included:• Leading the creation of a Consulting competence framework and supporting curriculum• Creation of a global community to develop a consistent experience for all Consultants across the group• Ensuring all team members meet their regulatory CPE and compliance requirements

Alongside my UK role I am part of the global team working for Mazars University to provide L&D support to the Group. My responsibilities include: - Provision of L&D support to the European and African regions - Development and delivery of training offerings for Mazars Group

- Develop and lead implementation of TD strategies to enable the Firm to meet its stated strategic and operational goals. - Create tailored TD offerings to help team members across all Service Lines and Strategic Markets maximise their potential - Liaises with and supports Mazars Group on TD offerings and strategies

I have responsibility for the L&D function in the UK practice. My role covers: - Design and delivery of trainee and management level development offerings that increase employee engagement, learning transference, and ultimately individual performance - Coaching support to staff at all grades - Evaluation and training needs analysis to ensure training is aligned to and supporting business priorities

Management of a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including transport, media, manufacturing, and retail

Training for the ACA qualificationAudit client portfolio covering the travel, industry and commerce, insurance and banking sectors

Dealing Blackjack, Roulette and Poker
