• Onboarding new clients for EMIR Delegated Trade Reporting and Collateral & Valuations.• Liaising with legal department for document validation and amendments requested by clients.• Process LEI set-up requests from the London Stock Exchange. • Identifying MiFID in-scope clients and return of signed classification documentation. • Communicating with clients in regards to current MiFID, EMIR and Dodd Frank Regulations.• Investigate client requests for MiFID category classification.

• Calculating redress to customers using Excel macros and formulas.• Constructing letters to customers detailing financial breakdown and explanation of outcome• Communicating with legal, sales and compliance for insolvent and liquidated customers. • Utilizing internal and external financial accounting documentation to determine client’s eligibility for review. • Building a complete historical file for investigation and review including documents and voice recordings. • Providing written structured analysis of all evidence to support proposed outcome of client assessment. • Managing risks and ensuring rigorous SLA’s and FCA targets met.
