The Canadian Health Leadership Network (CHLNet) was established to support Canadian healthcare organizations in their efforts to conduct research, share knowledge, and generate collaborations to improve the quality of leadership in Canada's healthcare system. As senior policy advisor, I work with the Executive Director (Ms. Kelly Grimes) to ensure that the work of CHLNet is relevant to the challenges being faced by CHLNet's over 40 member organizations, and that research knowledge is both generated and shared within the network.
