    Pinnacle Services Ltd was formed by a close friend and the late Steve Brown in 1998 following the deregulation of the UK Telecommunications Industry in 1995. I witnessed the company grow from a one man start up to a successful player in the UK reseller channel. Steve offered me a position as sales executive in 2000. I was in the middle of my studies and remember telling him that it was not possible given my academic commitments. We agreed that I would work in a part-time role, in return I was sponsored by Pinnacle Services and was given a company car. I was meeting SME's generated by a telesales team on my day off from studies and consistantly hit the targets that we had mutually set converting +30% into new customers. Following my graduation and as previously agreed I went to work for Steve on a full time basis. Steve, who by then was well known as an Astute Entreprenuer started other businesses was sadly taken from us whilst on holiday in Marbella. You are in the thoughts of all your family and friends, we learnt a lot from you.

My average sale was made in around 3 minutes which I thank my experience in the Outbound team where its a more direct and tougher sale to close the opportunities. Which allowed me to field more calls than others and close more. My average order was above the target required and I thoroughly enjoyed my role here. I left in July where I relocated and was starting University.
