Responsible for the effective operation of the Safety Management System and Quality Assurance System; Responsible Manager for the airlines Fatigue Risk Management System; Develop and Implement HF and NTS Training Program; Safety Training and Promotion; Provision of Safety and Quality advice to Managers and staff; Emergency Response Planning and Testing; Oversee internal and external SMS and Quality Audit Programs; Safety Reporting; Facilitate BARS accreditation to Gold Status; Safety Investigations.

Port Moresby

Responsible for the management of ground operations at Port Moresby, Cairns and Brisbane Airports. Development and delivery of training material for Customer Service and Ramp staff. Development of APNG passenger disrupt handling procedures. Development of airport emergency response procedures. Integration of charter and rpt ground operations at POM. Input to POM airport emergency plan.

Gold Coast

Responsible for all ground handling activities at OOL, BNE, HVB, BNK, CFS and NTL airports. Contract proposal responses including costs and implementation plans. Security and Emergency response training.

Responsible for all passenger services functions within the terminal precinct and the airports aviation security operations.

Responsible for managing Mackay Airport in a safe and profitable manner with particular attention to regulatory compliances

Manage the operational input into the design, development and commissioning of the new International TerminalManage Airline Tenancy Lease and License requirementsOperational input for Baggage Handling, Terminal Management and Flight Information Display SystemsDevelop and present Staff Training, Induction and Commissioning Program (All terminal users including Airlines, government Agencies, Food and Beverage, Duty Free, Security, FAC staff etc.)
