I started my career with Yodle (Web.com) in Austin, selling and building long term relationships through SEM/SEO for small business owners. Shortly after meeting consistent sales quotas, I was promoted to retention where I learned the real art of selling and the value of retaining the companies most valued customers. After being with Yodle for 3 years, I was presented with an opportunity to move to another reputable employer within Austin, Main Street Hub (Godaddy) where I quickly excelled. Thanks to leadership support and a great team around me, I consistently exceeded all sales quotas. Quickly reaching my goals both short term and long term, in and outside the company. Within my first 3 months, I was presented with an opportunity to be a part of the 1st sales lab. At the time there were more than 150 candidates. I was fortunate to have been asked to lead our “winback” channel, which led to a noticeable increase in monthly customer retention. After 2 years with Main Street Hub, I was asked to join the team at Signpost where I broke sales records within my first 3 months. Shortly after reaching my goal of Senior Sales Executive I was then asked to create the first Winback channel within the company, leading to a higher retention rate.After working with signpost, I transitioned to DexYp, working face to face with small local businesses in east Texas, developing strong relationships through existing print relations as well as new business relations through the flagship software Thryv. With the support and leadership at DexYp, I decided to take the first steps to become a Firefighter/EMT. Helping my community and serving those in need.After completing my Firefighter/EMT certification I became a volunteer with Mineola VFD. I currently am working with TEGNA in Tyler Texas bringing a multitude of digital media solutions to small businesses, from television to OTT.
