I am responsible for looking after the recruitment of all new personnel into the business. This entails me overseeing two recruiters and ensuring they source the best candidates.The other aspect of my role as a sales manager includes me looking after a team of 38 sales personnel. My main responsibilities include achieving targets, ensuring the business remains profitable, motivating the sales team to achieve their targets and ensuring we have the right people to do the job.

I was responsible for a national sales team of 350 personnel covering 22 sites across the UK. My main role was to ensure the sales teams performed to target whilst keeping costs down and keeping the business profitable.
