Leading a variety of resource consents for community projects, including investigation and evaluation of projects, lodgment of resource consent applications, managing consultants. Community assets like: pathways, playgrounds, sports fields, community centres, environmental centres, clubrooms, jettys, wharfs, heritage buildings, motorsports facilities, public toilets, green space development. Lead proceedings and assist with meetings including notified hearings, pre-application advice, co-ordination of specialist input, preparation of business cases.

• Responsible for managing a large and varied caseload of investigations into potential breaches of planning legislation.• The serving of formal enforcement proceedings, including the preparation of enforcement notices and breach of condition notices.• The drafting of prosecution reports and statements (affidavits) for use in Court proceedings.• Preparing concise and accurate investigation reports, including extensive researching into the planning history of sites.• Communication with a wide range of Council employees and members the community including Councillors, informants (neighbours, members of heritage preservation societies, etc), developers, planning staff, building control staff, public health staff, etc.• The provision of both written and verbal responses to customer service enquiries.• Project work including an extensive review of enforcement matters and advertisements at Crews Hill, an area with a concentration of garden centres and retail activities within the Metropolitan Green Belt of London.
