The Apprenticeship College was established to deliver premium training in the Further Education and Commercial sectors. Its main focus will be Apprenticeships in the office & professional areas within the London Area, and Levied businesses throughout England. Looking to support 3,000 learners over the next 3 years, helping them to flourish in their job, and make a real difference to their employer. The Apprenticeship College delivers its programmes differently, using modern training methods eg Theatre Based Learning and use of Technology.

The London Apprenticeship Company was the first Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) to be established in the UK and is fully endorsed by the National Apprenticeship Service. In four years they have: •created more then 1000 Apprenticeships•supported more than 500 businesses•partnered with 15 Local Authorities•arranged for Apprentices to be trained in Creative & Digital Media, ICT & Web Development, Marketing, Sales, Law, Finance & Accounting, Business & Administration, Health & Social Care, Customer Service, Events Management, Facilities Management, Construction and many more!

Vision Workforce Skills will provide core business skills to employers and their staff throughout the Country. By providing workforce planning advice to employers, Vision Workforce Skills will identify existing employees where skills require improvement, and where they can support recruitment of new skills into the business. The focus of its offer to employers and learners will be Apprenticeship frameworks, but could also include commercial training, NVQ and Higher Education. Vision workforce Skills will also support individuals looking to enter employment, or a new job area, with employability and vocational skills.

Responsible for the College's work with employers. this includes a large Apprenticeship programme, NVQs in the Workplace, Higher Education and Commercial Courses. This was a £17m budget last financial year, which was exceeded.The role aims to expand the work we do with employers, improve the quality of provision learners receive and look at new product development. This includes tendering for new work with employers and funding providers.The College runs a successful ATA/GTA project called "Vision Apprentices", of which I'm the Managing Director.The College considers all new business ideas that will compliment our current strategy, and improve the service offered to learners/employers, this includes acquisitions and sub contract partnerships.
