26 years I have been working in the electricity industry. My interests began within this industry from prior previous experience working my school years in retail as a Floor Salesman in electronics / white goods (Chandlers) and a second job, counter service and repairing electrical goods at a repair business (City Electronic Services). I enjoy engaging in conversation with co-workers, managers and customers. I do continually look for new ways to build on and improve relationships with new and existing customers and co-workers. My nights are generally focused on my wife and family, in between working on another passion of mine - music and film creation. I've learnt an array of instruments. I studied through school, musical performance plus notation. Heavily involved in rock, big swing and marching bands, plus philharmonic orchestra through to theatre pit orchestras. I've found my way into songwriting and production, emerging with GA Songs. Music production to song demo creation, it's an interest that will always stick close with me. EATON DINNER artistI spent a year within Energy Queensland's - Business Improvement Team. Working within two projects - work tasks varying from: - Consultations with members of the EQL Overhead Distribution Improvement Forum (seeking approvals to alter existing Work Practices in Overhead Lines Distribution.)\- Transfer of joint Work Practices to new formats within Enterprise Content Manager and the conjoining of existing Work Practices between Energex and Ergon Energy.- Commissioning Project work. (Form creation and editing, team review meetings with SME's, leadership team consultations, presentations of work progress and frequent stand up-meeting interactions, project management.- Delivery of Information - Creation of Media and Deployment material.- Analysis of current business trends.Currently looking at all opportunities internal and external.
