Responsibility for 2 different quadrants of primary schools, with over 100 primary schools in each.Roles included, School improvement partner, school leadership development, governor training, headteacher appointment, liaison with dioceses etcTrained as OFSTED inspector and church schools inspector.

Livingstone School, Barnet . Serving a very mixed community. Increased from 1 to 2fe. Opened one of the first inclusion units in North London for pupils on the autistic spectrum.Cranbourne Primary School, Hoddesdon. 2 fe with nursery. School became more inclusive and worked in close partnership with local primary and secondary schools.Seconded to St Catherine's CE, Ware when the school was placed in special measures. Worked as Executive Headteacher for 6 months.
