FinTech business; T/o £105m• Management of the Day to Day operational accounting controls and reviews of the outsourced financial functions to the shared service centre ensuring accuracy and completeness• Manage, motivate and develop accounting operations staff• Manage the half year and full year audits and the production of the Annual Statutory Accounts for the UK entities.• Manage UK A/R function (multi-currency) (approx. £105m/year); ensuring that all invoicing is caged debts • Risk Management – ensure that financial impact of IT/operational incidents is known and tracked, as well as manage all open financial incidents/issues that have been identified, ensuring the timely mitigation or acceptance of the risk• Build, manage and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders both Financial and Non-Financial (including Senior Management, Group Head Office, HMRC, external auditors, external tax advisors etc); ensuring all matters and requests raised by these parties are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner• Establish, review and sign off internal financial controls including monthly balance sheet reconciliations• Provide ledger/expense analysis for the monthly management reports and quarterly service delivery reviews.• Analyse/Review new Business proposals, building Tariff models and reviewing financial impact of proposed changes.• Ensure all Balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely manner, challenging the outsourced provider where required.
